With its simple application process, this marker allows you to quickly and easily mark your queen bee, making her easy to spot in the busy hive.

To use the Queen Bee Marker, simply prime the pen by pressing the tip down on a piece of paper until the tip is wet. Then, apply a small dot of color to the queen’s top center of the thorax – being careful not to cover any part of her – and allow a few minutes for the marker to dry before releasing her back into the colony.

This marker is easy to use, even for those new to beekeeping. It is an essential tool for any beekeeper, especially if you are not good at distinguishing the queen from the rest of the colony.

Apply the color per international color code:

White – Years ending with 1 and 6.

Yellow – Years ending with 2 and 7.

Red – Years ending with 3 and 8.

Green – Years ending with 4 and 9.

Blue – Years ending with 0 and 5.
