Bee & Comb Fulfillment Policy
At Bee & Comb, we process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package every step of the way.
Bee & Comb Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bee & Comb. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
🧾 Eligible Returns
- Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- There are no restocking fees.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and biosecurity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Bee medications and supplements
- Bee food (syrups, pollen substitutes, fondant, etc.)
- Wax foundation sheets
- Frames containing wax sheets
These items are considered bio-sensitive and cannot be resold once shipped.
💰 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part ( for example wrong item), Bee & Comb will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.
🔄 How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at sales@beekeepingservices.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions.
⏱ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as a store credit to your account or original payment method within 5–7 business days.
